Description
Sexual offences – ‘offences against morality’ were originally provided for in the Penal Code, but with the passing of the Sexual Offences Act 2006 (hereinafter, the SOA), the latter statute became the main statute dealing with such offences. The Penal Code still however contains some provisions regarding these offences where the SOA 2006 is silent.
