Exam card application system project report
For over half a century, Population Studies have reported significant advances in methods of demographic analysis. conceptual and mathematical theories of demographic dynamics and behavior, and the use of these theories and methods to extend scientific knowledge and to inform policy and practice.
Most low developing collages are facing a number of problems in exam card processing and production these include; bureaucracy, bribery, corruption, forgery, security and poor records management which is currently done manually. This makes the processing of documents slow and more hectic. Therefore, the collages need to come up with an automated exam card records management system to help reduce these problems through embracing information and communication technology (ICT).
Therefore there is need to carry out research so as to come out with a secure and a more effective automated system to streamline some business processes such as registration and applications to improve efficiency, enhance planning and decision making
An Automated Online Exams Application System is an Information System that serves to capture, store, retrieve and disseminate information about exams, process cards and records management in the office of the collage It offers a means of information sharing as well as automating the existing manually driven record keeping facilit

Educational digital resource sharing system project report
Trending!
There is a great demand for digital resources such as PowerPoint presentations because many Kenyan schools are shifting to the use of ICT in education. Existing e-learning systems have many limitations that hinder open access, sharing, viewing and discussion of digital resources yet there are technologies in place which can enable it. It is upon this background that we undertook this project with the objective of developing a web system to connect the various stakeholders and develop a culture of sharing open digital resources to promote education in Kenya.
During the system requirements elicitation phase, data was collected through studying documentation, participatory prototyping, focus group discussions and online questionnaires. The system was implemented using a number of tools and technologies such as MySQL, HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript, Bootstrap, jQuery, D3.js and Ajax. Data analysis was done using SPSS, and the findings showed that whereas most of the respondents were willing to embrace the culture of sharing digital resources, they were not aware of any local systems that could enable them share and collaborate. Some desirable features were suggested for inclusion on the digital resource sharing system such as dynamic search, file upload support for all file types used in Kenyan schools, previewing and reading documents within the browser without the need for additional software, creation of user account profiles, interactions via social media and comments integration, responsiveness to mobile devices, resource reviews, ratings, approvals, proper categorization of resources, free access with low bandwidth, among others.
The logical design and physical design was done and the system was implemented with all the suggested features. An early system prototype was uploaded online for user testing and validation. It is highly recommended that teachers in schools embrace the system to make their contribution to sharebility, Kenya’s next top digital education resource.

Employees are the backbone of any company therefore their management plays a major role in deciding the success of an organization. Employees Management Software makes it easy for the employer to keep track of all records. This software allows the administrator to edit employees, add new employees, transfer/promote/terminate employees. Each employee in the database is associated with a position can be added and edited when need arises. Employees can be transferred between positions easily without having to retype back their information in the database. You can check to see if there are duplicate positions/employees in the database. Most of all, the employer can assign tasks to employees and assess their progress in order to keep track of employee performance.
A flexible and easy to use Employee Management software solution for small and medium sized companies provides modules for personnel information management thereby organization and companies are able to manage the crucial organization asset people. The combination of these modules into one application assures the perfect platform for re-engineering and aligning Human Resource processes along with the organizational goals. This system brings about an easy way of maintaining the details of employees working in any organization.
It is simple to understand and can be used by anyone who is not even familiar with simple employee’s system. It is user friendly and just asks the user to follow step by step operations by giving easy to follow options. It is fast and can perform many operations for a company.

Fee management system project report
Naikuru Secondary School has a large number of students who pay all the fee through cash deposits, electronic funds transfer or bank drafts to the school’s accounts in specific bank branches. These methods of paying fees have not been efficient enough especially during periods of tests and examinations when most of the students were paying fees to meet the requirements for entering examination rooms. The process of paying fees is characterized by long queues, too much waiting by students and congestion at banks where payments were made. This has always resulted in students missing to sit for their tests and/or examinations while they were queuing to make payments. It was upon such background that the researchers embarked on the project to develop of an alternative system that enables online fees payment by students and their sponsors. With the use of questionnaires, interviews, observation and document reviews, data was collected from project stakeholders and analysed. Data flow diagrams and Entity relationship diagrams were used to accomplish system analysis and design. The system was implemented using Apache web server, Mysql database server, Hypertext Preprocessor, Hypertext markup language, Cascading style sheets and JavaScript. System testing and validation was also done by allowing users of the system interact with it using test data.
Findings showed that most of the students were unsatisfied with the current modes of paying fees to the school agree that an online fees payment system can improve the process of fees payment. The result of the project was an online fees payment system for Naikuru Secondary School School(NSS-FMS) and researchers recommend the School to implement the system that provides relief of the long endured problems of the current modes of payment at the school.

Crime record reporting management system project report
Trending!
This project explored the relevance of management systems to the contemporary society where computers have made tasks easier, more efficient and organized. Police record management system is a planned system of the storage processing and dissemination of data in the form of information needed to carry out various functions which come to simplify the tiresome manual way of reporting and writing the details on papers. There is need for an computrised record management system that can be used to store reported criminal activities in a centralized database which should replace the manual system that is currently being used. The manual system has few challenges that include the ever increasing paper load, difficulty in enforcing access control as well as cases of missing files and information. Our objective in regard to the project is to come up with an application that will be used to automate the manual management of Kenyan criminal records and hence the title “police management system (PRMS)”. Being a web based application; there is an assumption of users being connected to the internet. The scope of the project cuts across administrators and 2 types of clients; police officers and other clients: including private investigators, lawyers and other personalities seem fit by the Administrator to handle an account. The research methodology used in this project was System development lifecycle, using waterfall method simply because the project was small and there are no uncertain requirements. At the end of each phase, a review takes place to determine if the project is on the right path and whether or not to continue or discard the project The design was majorly aided by the dataflow context diagrams which are often used as a preliminary step to create an overview of the system. Use-case diagrams and activity diagrams also helped in coming up with the database class diagram which we used to develop the database.
I faced some challenges in developing the systems in terms of having to learn new programming language on a short time frame and also experienced financial constraints on printing and buying of some devices that would have helped me to come up with better system like fingerprint scanner. In conclusion I would like to say that taking this project all through has been a wonderful experience for me. Without the practical knowledge that we acquired throughout the course, this project would not have materialized

Loan management system project report
Loan management system has been designed to online the back office activities of bank and finance company which offers any type of loan., Administrator manage customer information database more efficiently, Loan details, maintain loan type and interest rate information. Admin can use calculator to give exact payable loan amount for the customer & generate all these work info as a report of each customers. Abstract Bank loan management is crucial and it is instrumental in ensuring the success or failure of any credit institution. Albanian banking system as a relatively newcomer in the market economy, started to apply modern lending rules & procedures after the major loan portfolio was already created, whereas the key role of risk management and its respective procedures was mostly unknown for the majority of banks in Albania, during the credit boom. On the other side, Banks has been relatively late in taking up its role in controlling and monitoring the process of setting up the lending structure and regulation, as a mandatory standard, applicable in lending practices for commercial banks in Albania. The adjusted Basel I standards helped banks in Albania to weather the effects of the last financial crisis, but proved incomplete, in terms of ensuring long - term loan quality management. The paper shed light on main reasons why Albanian banks lagged behind in terms of applying and implementing modern risk management practices and procedures, during the credit boom period and explain why applying rules, procedures, intending to correct mistakes done during lending process, or improving the low quality portfolio, proved to be costly and of less success. Also, the paper put emphasis on lack of properly qualified and well-trained credit officers, within Albanian banks, as most of them practiced “on job training”, and only a few banks took care of training the staff, and arranging proper organizational structures, which were mostly focusing to sales rather than risk. Finally, the paper provides some recommendations on improving internal lending practices and procedures, along with modern risk management principles and near-future full implementation of Basel II standards by Bank of Albania.
